• Working as Trainer (from 1993 until now, over 20 years), attended the courses for trainers: “Training of Trainers” of AITCV (1998), MPDF (2001) and “Train the Trainers” of Business Edge (2005). The courses of MPDF and Business Edge are the projects of IFC (World Bank)
• Working as Consultant (part-time) from 2000 after attending the course “Technical Training Course for Consultants” organized by UNIDO in 2000 (full-time 10 days). The trainees were selected through the interview after advertisement in Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper.
• Working in the field of ISO 9001, being QMR (Quality Management Representative) from 2004 in the company, maybe working as Quality Auditor ISO 9001 after finished the long courses (06 months, one full-time week per month) of Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Qualitat (Germany) sponsored and trained. Certificate “EOQ Quality Auditor” permits the working in EU Community.
• He can use both English and French in daily work.
